This week I'll regain focus on better eating...

Today's class:

Front Squats

- 3 Warm-up sets @ 8 x 15 kg

- 6 Work sets @ 2 x 5 kg
(coach said I had to start from scratch, due to my 4 month absence.)

METCON: for time (My time was around 12 - 13 minutes)

5 Rounds:

- 5 Dead-lifts (10 kg)
- 10 Burpees

It's really great to be back at CF class, I have missed it a great deal!! Have a super week guys!
