- 6 Work sets @ 2 x 5 kg
(coach said I had to start from scratch, due to my 4 month absence.)METCON: for time (My time was around 12 - 13 minutes)
5 Rounds: - 5 Dead-lifts (10 kg)
- 10 Burpees
