OH Dear oh dear. I have reallly struggled today - yesterday I gorged on another 2 muffins. I have been really suffering with sweet cravings and I couldn't hold out any longer. Today has been like giving up smoking. All I have thought about is sweet things. Having arguments with myself. I have managed to stave off. But I have Been like a bear with a sore head. I know that I have to get back into lipoysis to have the beauty of no cravings and I realise how important it is to stick with it. Unlike other diets if you slip off the track you are runied. I got on the scale and I have put on 4 lbs in 2 days. Pissed off. Its only sheer willpower that has got me through the day. I must keep on or all my hard work will have gone down the drain. I have had the age old aruguments with myself - shall I forget this diet and start another on monday... shall I give myself the weekend off... We've all had them. But I mustn't - I was 4 lbs off that illusive 13 stone mark that I haven't been for years - I must strive - get over this stage and get back to that positive atkins lover again. AND DONT' MAKE ANY MORE HOMEMADE CAKES. YOU ARE NOT THAT STRONG!!! Love you - love you better lighter.xxxxxxxxxxxxx

Hi Jill, I had a tough day yesterday too. You know, it doesn't matter what diet you are on, we all have them. Bottom line is that you know you messed up, get over it and get back on track. It's gonna happen, just re-commit yourself and you will be fine. Hang in there!

Hope this is a better week for you. You have made tremendous progress, and I fully expect for you to see continued success. Cake would be hard to say 'no' to! :)
