Feeling like this weight is never going to move. Trying a few gentle detox methods over the next few days, also trying to add some more physical activity and some yoga to my daily mornings. I have been having crazy nightmares and up half the night this week, so getting moving and motivated hasn't been easy. Also added an additional intermittent fast day to my week. Also Friday will be my carb up day. Any advice? The first 12lbs literally fell off, and now I can't get below 155 😩😩 before PTSD hit, I was 109 super healthy and active, I have a small frame so this weight really shows and has severely hurt my confidence. Okay, pity party over!!! I know I got this! It's time to get active and continue eating keto!
