After getting pretty much back to square one, where I started last year, i all of a sudden got inspired this week by a friends get fit board on Pinterest.
I have downloaded Jillian Michaels 30 day shread and am starting tonight (on a friday night I KNOW!)
I am feeling good and ready to get toned and more confident for the possibility of a beach holiday the beginning of July... that is my aim!
I know i may not loose the pounds but i'll hopefully loose some flab.
I have taken a picture of me in my old favourite bikini, muffin top and all and i will take some measurements tonight...
I'm going to try and not weigh in for 30 days...
My start weight is 181lbs, i know i wont get to 140lbs in 30 days and if anything i might gain muscle mass but just a couple of inches of stomach and thighs would be nice!

She can kick your butt in to shape. You just have to work your way through the it and walk in place if you need to. It took me about a week or two before I got through the whole workout. It will build endurance and help you lose inches.

I did day one, level one this afternoon and wowzers its a good workout, i was definitely red and sweaty after it! I can't do push ups though, even the easy version! I'm sure it will come with time!
