Personal Trainer day! She had me work out on some of the nautilus equipment but not really hard...just one set of each so I walked on the treadmill for 15 minutes so I felt like I did something. On Saturday, I'll be doing 3 sets of everything so I should have a good work out and depending on the weather, maybe I'll take Kai for a walk at Delhi Park.

Jill showed me what my recommended calorie intake should be to lose weight. It was about 1180-1380 so I was on target today.

I have got to lose this weight!
