***MORNING WORKOUT***
Jillian Michaels "30 Day Shred"

***TODAY'S FOOD***
1. Breakfast: Visalus Shake (Shake mix, 1 tsp. instant coffee granules, 2oz. Almond Milk, 14oz. water, coconut extract, ice)
2. Lunch: Red Apples with apple cider vinegar, salt, black pepper,
Thai chili pepper / Visalus Shake (Shake mix, instant coffee granules, unsweetened cocoa powder, water, and ice)
3. Dinner: 2 Baked Chicken Thighs (with Italian bread crumbs, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, and paprika), boiled green beans (made with garlic salt, black pepper, tomato paste, garlic powder, onion powder, and a dash of tomato-chicken boullion seasoning)

{{{I'm thinking I overdid the eating again. I don't think I should have eaten two chicken thighs; especially since they had bread crumbs on them. I didn't eat any roasted garlic wild rice like the rest of my family (because it's 210 calories per cup), so I thought I could eat an extra chicken....but I think that would have been good ONLY if it didn't have all the extra carbs. Plus, I ate the skin, which I know is a BIG no-no. I really hope I didn't induce a set-back. Everytime I get close, I end up screwing up and losing motivation. I really don't want to lose motivation, and I really would like to keep losing without the yo-yoing effect. I think the problem is that I get overexcited when I get close, and then start to think I can let go. It's when I let go just for a little bit...THAT's when I hit the wall of disappointment. Please please please don't let there be another wall. I don't know how many of them I can take.}}}
