{{{Had to really push myself to do 45 minutes tonight. I struggled a little during my evening workout. I seem to lose energy towards the end of the week. Last week I had a similar problem, and I think it was on a Wednesday as well. I couldn't stay at the higher speeds as long as I could earlier in the week. In fact, I couldn't even go up to 4mph at all. I tried eating some Filipino corn nuts after dinner, because the last time I did that, I seemed to burn more calories.....but since I struggled today, I think I may end up being disappointed tomorrow. What a bummer. I hope my weight tomorrow doesn't affect my motivation to continue working out 'til Friday.}}}
