Did not get to my Christmas goal of 182lbs :O( ........... but even as a bloke compliments from your mates on how well you are looking really gives you a Christmas cheer:O) I know I put an a pound and a half over Christmas and Boxing Days but today I am back to the same as a week ago;O)
