I'm doing pretty good on my diet...but it is hard to keep the calories down when you are stuck living out of a hotel...

Hopefully I am only away for a couple more days, just depends on what we accomplish tomorrow...here's to hoping for a sucessful day!

No exercise at all this week again...but I'm doing more at work, walking the jobsite, up & down ladders...lifting, pulling...much more strenuous than being at the desk and typing on a keyboard...but nothing I can really track...I'm hoping this is my last road trip for a little while.

Time to get to bed so that I can do it all again tomorrow...
