I'm in the 180s again. I have 3lbs to go. When I reach 185, I will set a new goal of 180. That way shorter goals show more progress. Still hoping to stay with it.
188.0 lb Lost so far: 14.0 lb.    Still to go: 23.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Thanks. I am trying to keep the carbs low, with high protein, but it isn't working every day. I went over carbs 3 times this past week. Sunday, we ate at Texas Roadhouse and I thought I could keep it low, so I got the grilled shrimp on a bun that is the quarter size of a piece of bread. 115 calories each. WOW, I ate 2 dinner rolls of the same kind. 345 calories for the bread alone. 440 calories for the shrimp. Then, I have always been the vacuum for leftovers, I ate the rattlesnake bites, chicken wings, and one French fry. My caloric intake was 1760 for the day. I couldn't resist. It was sooooo goooooddddd. Anyway, it seems I am below one day, above the next, but hey, I lost a pound anyway. I'm not in a hurry to lose it too fast, so hopefully by next spring, I can be down to my goal. When I reach 185-ice cream, 180- banana split 175-Sundae, 170-cake, 165-cake and ice cream. Thanks for your ears.
