Ouch, I forgot I hadn't weighed in in a while, and even my last weight wasn't very accurate, I think. I fell off the exercise wagon, need to crawl back on in a serious way.
192.6 lb Lost so far: 22.4 lb.    Still to go: 22.6 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
