I am getting back on program tomorrow. I have been watching my carbs but I have not been recording them. I am going to get back on track. I will say my clothes are fitting better and my energy levels are up.

We went bike riding this weekend and have more outings planned.

Tomorrow I am also going to walk in the morning. I intend to lose at least 25 pounds by mid July.

Welcome back...learning to make good food decisions is just like learning anything else....it takes practice...Not all decisions are going to be the right ones, just so we know when and how to get back on track...Hang on you can do this one step at a time...practice, practice and practice...
