This has not been a good week for my diet & exercise wise. I have gone over my RDI substantially a couple of times this week and I haven't exercised once...not good...

I did fight the urge today to have a donut and I won! So that was good, and I have not had any beer this weekend...another good step...I also left half of my rice on the plate at dinner tonight...

I'm still frustrated with work, but I'm almost through the bad part...it will be over one way or another this week, so life should be better by next weekend...

I am not able to work on my motorcycle this weekend (work is taking over my days off too) so I will have to get to it next weekend...I'm out of town again this week, all week this time...so I will have to bring exercise cloths and make myself get too it if I want to make any headway toward my goals...although I am going to stop focusing on the scale, and start focusing more on my measurements...my 38" waist pants aren't tight any longer, they are fitting perfectly now so I feel better about myself...still a long way to go, the gut is still there but it is noticeably smaller even to me!!

Anyway, I'll still weigh in to see how I'm doing and keep tracking my food and exercise but my focus will turn towards my shape instead of weight...
