I prefer broccoli too. Cauliflower is too bland unless there is either butter or cheese sauce dripping on it. Of course, it is a rare treat to have butter, paprika for color or cheese sauce when trying to lose weight. I do eat cauliflower rice on occasion.

Try Weber lemon and seafood seasoning it's a lemon pepper type with other herbs in it I put it on all my steamed or roasted broccoli or cauliflower.

I like cauliflower, but I love broccoli. I made this, because you gave me the idea, and I loved it! The bride said I'll be doing it again soon.

I can't eat broccoli ever since i got pregnant years ago, its my daughters fault i tell her. it hurts in the chest and i feel like im gonna pass out. it doesnt go down:( but i love cauliflower

Have you tried cauliflower rice with any spices and cut up veg / egg fried cauli rice would go lovely with your prawns - i would add a little hot sauce
