Still maintaining my under goal weight, Don't know how !!!! Going to a Labor Day cookout tonight on the ocean with my mother, as My wife is out of state on a Girls weekend. Have not been to gym, love racquetball since last Tuesday as my right arm is cut up from surgery and said don't use it for 2 weeks, so as long as I can still pick my nose , I'm ok with it. I have been walking a lot, but been in upper 90's to hot. Everyone enjoy there crazy Holidaze !!!!
