Psyched that I had a healthy, filling, and TASTY lunch that was only 340 calories.

Diet Calendar Entry for 20 March 2012:
2075 kcal Fat: 99.05g | Prot: 108.54g | Carb: 189.93g.   Breakfast: boiled egg, buttermilk pancakes, smucker's syrup, cooked bacon. Lunch: Roasted Sweet Potatoes-UH, Succotash-UH, Napa Valley Glazed Salmon-UH. Dinner: honey bbq sauce buffalo wild wings, garlic parmesean buffalo wild wings, Chicken Wings, Chicken Wings, baked potatoes, onion soup mix, vegetable oil. Snacks/Other: turkey wing meat, pinto beans, pears, honey, yogi tea. more...
