Been under alot of stress the last couple weeks with different things going on, then took a mini-staycation the end of last week, and apparently took a vacation from everything, including my diet! I didn't track at all while I was off, but have spent today trying to fill in the blanks. I didn't do too bad, surprisingly, but I did gain a couple pounds. Getting back on track today, and plan to buckle down and get this weight off!! :)
