I've definately found that by keeping track of my food intake, I can really see where I snack and pick at things here and there, aka chocolate! As Julie said, this challenge is making me be more honest and also by recording everything that I put in my mouth I'm realizing that 3 or 4 hershey kisses here and there really DO add up!
February was gave me a bit of a challenge, and there was one week there where I was about ready to throw in the towel but I'm ready again. I'll tell you what my motivation was..... the past 3 days we've been without power and I've had to shower at the gym. The gym has this lovely changing room with a full length mirror in your little cubicle and a bright floresent light shining down from directly overhead accentuating EVERY SINGLE ripple and bump. I imagined the lightbulb as the summer sun at high noon and decided that I better get going!
If you're feeling unmotivated, go bathing suit shopping - you'll be motivated in no time! Keep going Girls!!!!!
