I had two different people walk up to me in the last few days and said that I look like I have lost weight. WHAT!!!!!! I sure have!!! Its great when others start noticing your progress.
I have completed my first week of P90 and I am feeling amazing. I have more energy than I have had in quite some time....with a 6 month old you can kind of understand what I am talking about. I have begun to notice that the two pairs of pants that I have been wearing are starting to feel loose and I have gotten over the soreness that I experienced last week. I also started looking for a swimsuit to wear for this summers swimming season.
The weather around here has been beautiful for this time of year, which also helps with the motivational factor. As long as I keep stepping on the scale and seeing a decrease and my clothes are feeling looser, its all worth it!!!! Bring it!!!!
