Wii Active - WOW!! I worked out for the first time with it (Just finally got a Wii and Wii Active) last night. I pushed myself hard, trying to not only learn how to do the exercises right, but also how to hold the dang Wii Remote and Nunchucks while pulling up on a resistance strap, lol! Today, I am REALLY feeling it. I haven't felt this sore in a while, even though my other workouts are challenging to me and make me sweat, I haven't felt like this in a long time. This is awesome! Think today's exercise is going to be more relaxing, like a long hike in the woods - but not so much climbing this time, lol.
