At a new low again and getting back into the swing of things. On April 12 I head to Thailand to spend Songkran (Thai New years) with the Fiancees family. I am going to be there for just under a month and stopping the diet the entire time I am there. Once I get back i will get straight back into it. Most timez I get to Thailand I generally lose weight so lets hope it will be the same again this time. With a mixure of hot weather and decent foods the weight has falled off in the past. The fall downj is the amount of alcohol you drink to get the body cooled sown hahaha. Oh these Thai people can drink...
298.7 lb Lost so far: 40.8 lb.    Still to go: 89.3 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
