I gained almost a lb. since yesterday, but I expected as much, due to the amount of strenuous exercise I performed yesterday. I followed my diet 100%, and I know there is some scientific explanation for weight gain after strenuous exercise, yet it's still frustrating. I'll exercise moderately today, and follow my diet 100% and then see if it doesnt all come off by tomarrow.

It's called muscle edema. Your muscles get little tears in the fibers and retain water to help them heal. It's temporary. In the short term, you might see a gain on the scale for a few days or a week. In the long term, you build new muscle. The more muscle you have, the more weight you lose, and the more you can eat and maintain when you get to goal. It's a win-win situation. You just need to have patience and look at the big picture when you exercise hard. Cherry juice is supposed to help with muscle soreness and get enough water to stay hydrated. I always say I would rather weigh 150 and be size 4 than weigh 140 and be a size 8.

Thank you for that info. The next day (today), I lost all the water weight and then some. It's nice to finally know the facts behind that issue.
