I'm sad and I don't get it. The first two weeks that I was eating clean and exercising, I lost 5 pounds! But then the next weeks I'm just staying at the same place or going up and down around 156 pounds. Maybe it's because I'm not exercising as much or eating as clean? I don't know, but I'm eating under my recommended calories and I'm not going down :/ Any advice??
