Trying out a low salicylate diet and avoiding fructose (HFCS) and sucrose. I'm starting to believe that the problem is SUGAR and not fat. Watched Sugar: The Bitter Truth. What an eye opener!
199.4 lb Lost so far: 6.6 lb.    Still to go: 29.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 0.7 lb a week
