I am back from the vacation, did some not so healthy eating (and drinking!) but I'm getting right back on track, starting today.
Here is my phase 2, day 38 (FS day 47, Tuesday, 26th June):
09:30 am - oatmeal with low-fat milk 12:30 pm - mixed salad with grilled turkey strips 04:30 pm - low-fat yoghurt 07:00 pm - three nectarines and an apple
