I gained weight over the superbowl weekend and have managed to slowly take it off. I'm back to 132 with a two more pounds to go for my goal weight. Thanks to FatSecret I have managed to keep my weight down for almost a full year and can sucessfully say I am able to eat healthier on a long term basis maintaining a good weight without giving up the foods I love.

Lately, I've been eating Scwhan's food and love the taste of their new Livesmart meals. They are easy to prepare, have the calories caculated for you, and are delicious! I even eat their regular and low calorie ice creams. The 70 cal per 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream is fantastic!
