Who is following your own healthy lifestyle plan?
Hi! I follow my own healthy eating plan by choosing lower caloric foods. I eat at least two normal meals with fruits and veggies in between. I limit my 3 meals a day to under 300 calories each meal. I have been sucessful in loosing 30 lbs. I maintain my weight by following a healthy eating plan. Periodically, like yesterday, I fall off the band wagon and eat my favorite junk foods and I let myself eat whatever I want at a party or function then loose the weight I gained the next week or two. My eating plan is a combination of favorite foods from different diets. I eat as much as I want as often as I want but keep to straight fruit and veggies without any other add ons in between meals.

so so sad...
Add more fiber to your diet. Your body will continue to digest the fiber throughout the day and use up more calories and fat. Eat low cal foods more often (lettuce, carrots, broc etc).

I don't loose weight when I eat 1300 plus calories. I keep between 800 and 1100 most days. And I eat often.

Here is what I eat...

Fish and eggs (protien) - Tilapia, shrimp, crab, hard boiled eggs
Cereal (fiber) - Special K with flaxseed (ground)
Vegetables (fiber & vitamins) - lettuce, broccoli, tomatoes, cucumbers
Fruit (fiber and vitamins) - oranges, plums, apples, grapes, bananas
Dairy (protien and vitamins) - yogert, milk, cheese

If I don't want to make anything I go to Safeway and buy the Eating Right frozen meals or go to fast food (McDonalds side salad, In-N-Out veggie burger, Taco Bell fresco taco).
