Enough of the excuses. Time to log it all again. Time to be aware of what I'm doing and eating. Time to hold myself accountable for not reaching my goal. I'm back ladies and gentlemen. Will weigh in tomorrow and achieve what I set out to do .... lose minimum of 67 lbs and weigh in at 220, happiest if I lost 87 and weighed in at 200 but that wasn't the first goal
