Is there a recipe for the meatballs? I used to use ground flaxseeds, until the furry 7-lb monster got into them and was ill for days. Do you bake them, or make in a pan?

Love this type of meal! My bride has been making me meatloaf using the pork rinds and parm as a sub also. Meatballs! That's next!
