Today is just about over. The pork loin turned out grreat and will still be good for a meal tomorrow. The fresh tomatoes and turnips worked well together. I think tomatoes are my favorite garden vegetable in the summer. When I was a child we used to go out in the garden and grab a ripe tomato and eat it right off the vine. My father had a wonderful garden. Now that is a great memory.
