Hello FS world:

So, I cut the grass today and I know that will increase my hunger but I was ready for it. And I did eat some more carbs but still stayed under my 1500 calorie cap. Better than I thought.

I am trying some new recipes tomorrow. I will try the Blueberry Muffin ( from FS Bluecoaster) and Swedish Breakfast Buns from lowCarbReviews.com.

I need something bready and I hope these will be palatable. I tried some low carb bread stuff a few years ago and well if you like to eat dirt then I would say it was good. Keeping fingers crossed.
