Been under alot of stress this week. Had a bad situation happen Sunday that blew my week. I know I tend to retain water when I'm stressed, so I assume that is the weight gain. Also lack of exercise this week. However, I still ate pretty good this week. Will get back on track with exercise this weekend!
196.4 lb Lost so far: 19.4 lb.    Still to go: 66.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
