Sunday, 7/23/17 Steps = 6,634
Monday, 7/24/17 Steps = 17,675

Feel a little guilty for taking Sunday off from my 4 mile walk. However, it was nice to sleep later and have my coffee at a leisurely pace. I got back on track yesterday and today is off to a good start.

I am really hoping the scale goes in the right direction tomorrow. It has been 2 weeks of small gains. Now that my cheat day is over and my body should be getting accustomed to my new med doses, I'm hoping my metabolism is getting back into 'loss' mode.
