i am finding sugar calories really impact my weight. need to limit sugars in extreme way but i love candy. it will be a tug o war.

2342 kcal Fat: 79.19g | Prot: 130.64g | Carb: 284.93g.   Breakfast: banana, Sweet 'N Low, sunflower seeds, Cream (Half & Half) , Coffee. Lunch: sunflower seeds, balsamic, lettuce salad, Gold Standard 100% Whey Protein Shake. Dinner: Potato Chips (Salted), Hamburger with 1/4 Lb Meat on Bun. Snacks/Other: Milk (Nonfat), Frosted Mini-Wheats, Classic Style Pretzel Thins, Jelly Beans. more...

It takes about 3 days to wean yourself from a sugar addiction. Once you do your food will taste so much better and you will feel great. Read your labels, most of the sugar we eat is in processed low fat foods. You will be surprised if you start adding it up.
