went to gym 5 times and did a 5 mile walk on saturday! happy i lost 4 pounds! ate really well moderated my carbs and ate lots of protein rich food! want to lose another stone by my birthday which is 27th march!
246.9 lb Lost so far: 27.6 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
losing 3.6 lb a week
