I didn't stick to it this weekend. Had some alcohol, some late night snacks, and a buffet dinner (but didn't get seconds or dessert). I just felt I deserved a break and now I have gained a pound over the weekend. I was just getting sick of denying myself the extras. Can't say I am even looking forward to getting back on the horse. ):
