Was doing very good until a few minutes ago.I cheated and ate a bagel with cream cheese.I've got to stop things like that.

its only cheating if you keep doing it.. :)... when i want something i can't resist i just look at my calories for the day and fit it in..or do like half or a bite.. its no biggie.. :) a bagel won't throw you off sweetie...
