Cardio Today 1/19/10:

Stretching and some planks

Elliptical for 30 minutes - high resistance and high incline settings as well as incorporating intervals(varying speeds - slow, moderate, fast - cycle back through

Stationary Bike for 20, moderate resistance and mild incline. Moderate pace.

Need to work off beers and burgers. Good friends = bad food and empty calories. Still, worth it.

It's definitely a big challenge to mix social life and diet. The key might be moderation, or big party but less often. I guess it depends on how many friends you have a round lol! good job on the cardio!
