I had a beer, some bread, and pretzels over the 4th July holiday (not all at once). I also drank quite a bit of hard cider. I need to switch to whisky and kombucha. I tried that combination Friday and it was quite good. Here's to getting back down to my not-inflamed weight and maintaining!
137.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 17.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
