I'm feeling completely unmotivated today... It's cold and wet outside so I don't feel like my planned jog and I was really craving a Subway sub.. couldn't fight the urge. I got a chicken one so that's a compromise...

Going to take a small nap and hopefully find the energy to do something. Getting worried because I've had amazing results and I still am feeling like I want to go back to my old ways.

You certainly are losing a good amount of weight in such a short time. I don't know what diet you are actually following, but it seems to be working, scale wise. Look into what you are eating; make sure low sugar, low carbs-too much of these effect your blood sugar. You did well with the chicken sub, I would not be so hard on myhself.

Thanks, I'm sort of doing my own little diet.. more just healthy low fat foods and more exercise. I managed to still go for a jog so I was pretty happy about that :) Hoping the scale reflects this effort.
