Today is my first day on this web site. I have been dieting scene Christmas Day. If I recall rite I weight 230 lbs on Christmas Day.I have lost around 17 lbs as of last Saturday. It is real hard for me to exercise during the week because I am a truck driver and I drive 9 to 11 hours a day, and spend 3 to 5 hours loading and unload the truck. The other 10 hours is sleeping and resting. I feel that I am doing good on my weight loss. I would like to be down to 200 lbs by April 1 2010 and my be 195 lbs by May 1 2010. So that it is not so hard for me to get on my Motorcycle.
