My best friend is doing this and we both need to trim down a fair amount & get more active. We'll be supporting each other for better success.

I'll be turning "Double Nickels" (55) within a month, and would like to see some progress by then.

It is truly time for a change from the same old "I can't fit into that outfit!" saying.
