Oh that old adadge - "Failure to plan is planning to fail" Yesterday at work we had a big group of volunteers coming to help in our pantry. I rushed out of the house without any breakfast, and by the time I was working with them for an hour or so, realized I was very hungry. I ate things I know were not smart. A bag of chips, a cookie. As soon as I realized I was getting out of control, I went to the kitchen and got some fruit, then ate a light lunch and a planned dinner. Fortunately reined in what could have been a bad day. Lesson if it. Make sure you have what you need on hand, and make sure you don't skip a meal and get nuts!
