I'm beginning to think I might have a gluten sensitivity. I felt a lot better last week (Monday-Thurs) when I ate no wheat products. Corn, oatmeal, and rice are okay though, it seems. Friday I had a couple beers and Sunday I had pizza. This week I've been eating homemade donuts and grape nuts. Oh, I feel like crap. Heartburn, acid reflux, bloating, loss of appetite, congestion, and (I'm guessing) inflammation. No more wheat for a while and I'll see if I start feeling better again (and hopefully these two pounds that appeared since Friday disappear)!
137.2 lb Lost so far: 10.8 lb.    Still to go: 17.2 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
