Finally in moderate ketosis. Even though I enjoyed my 2 "carb up days" I'm paying for it this week.

I'm stressing out a bit about the flight... I'm sure my older two will be fine. I think my daughter who has Autism will be ok too, but I never know. I'm pretty sure my toddler will be a pain lol at least she will be a cute pain!
This week is going to be super busy. Between our normal craziness with soccer practice, guitar lessons, therapy I need to pack & clean. I also have to go to Kindergarten Graduation, couple of doc appt, & field day.
I need to make sure I am prepared with meals/ snacks so I can avoid making unhealthy choices.
