It would be easy to get frustrated because the scale went up today. However I have to be realistic. I did a two day cleanse on Saturday and Sunday, and yesterday was my first day back on food. So, all in all I am still very happy with the loss. The next five days will be two shakes a day and then a healthy meal at night with my husband. With healthy snacks in between the shakes. It is progress.
