For me to lose weight I have to be conscious of how much I intake, as my job is pretty sedentary and don't have much time for exercise. So using Fat Secret is a great way for me to do that.
241.8 lb Lost so far: 16.2 lb.    Still to go: 66.8 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Not having time to exercise is an excuse we make. Most of us can squeeze out 30 minutes a few times a week. Get a pedometer and start trying to get 10,000 steps a day. If you don't like the gym, there a workout dvds you can do in your own home. There are all kinds and many are 30 minutes or less. On the weekends, get outside and active. Make time and make yourself a priority.
