I feel like I'm getting a sinus infection so I almost skipped the gym...decided against skipping and told myself I only had to do thirty minutes and could go as slow as I wanted. Well I ended up doing an hour of very intense! My numbers are great and I'm proud of them...I tried to just eat 1500 calories (my goal) but ate that much and waited 30 minutes and was still hungry so I ate more and finally feel happy and satisfied (The gym machines say I burned 900 calories so maybe that's why). I'm also proud of myself because my favorite bartender works Thursday and Friday's so I've been going in there one or both of those nights and getting drunk most weeks the last two months...and often eating donuts after and ordering a pizza the next day...well this was my first week not going in quite some time! I think that was also why I stayed at the gym so long...I wanted to be busy.
