This weekend was REALLY bad! I totally put all reason aside and enjoyed all the summer foods... ice cream, cook out stuff... all the things I love and SHOULDN't have! Shame on me! Well the scale was NOT kind this am, and my husband and I along with my sister and her husband are all back on phase 1! My sister has a 3 month old baby so she has some leftover pregnancy weight and my brother in law lost 50 lbx on south beach a year ago, and has put some of that back on... no doubt giving in to his wife's pregnancy cravings! So, hopefully we'll all do well together and my graph won't be so up and down! (I have such a hard time sticking to stuff!)

what is your 'normal' weight? just b/c it seems like your body really likes to gain those couple pounds you lose back really fast...just going by the fact that my normal range is around 135 and even tho i had a bad week of eating and drinking poorly, my weight was still going down, which shocked me even. i figure its b/c my body is in the groove to get back to where i should be at. when i was younger, first married, i was around 120, and since i've had kids, i think my new normal weight is around the mid 130's. you know what i mean? maybe your body really does want to be between 115 and 120. that unless you are gonna be super strict with yourself for the rest of your life, thats where you will likely always end up. which of course is by no means a bad weight :) i mean, most of us would love to be there ;) and not trying to be a downer either, just curious if that thought crossed your mind. i think you are right tho that if a bunch of you do the diet together, it will be a lot easier and you'll find your graph should level out a bit.
