Starting my 4rd round of 21 day fix (nutrition) + minimum steps of 5000 (at least 4 to 5 days a week).
Began my weight journey at 250.00
Started 1st round: Monday, March 27, 2017 - 248.3 lbs
Started 2nd round: Monday, April 17, 2017 - 241.8 lbs
Starting 3rd round: Monday, May 8, 2017 - 233.2 lbs - Had a workcation, and was not "moving more" and the weight sneaked up a little bit. Great news: Finally noticed my clothes are starting to sag around my hips. As happy as that makes me, I am not purchasing new clothes yet. My jeans are Roaman's 24/7 size 16T and they give a bit. So far nothing that a belt cannot handle, and yeah, I know it doesn't look nice to keep having to pull my pants up, but....it's going in the right direction!!!
Starting 4th round: Monday, May 29, 2017 - 234.8 lbs (Got a holiday and another short vacation coming up! It's all in your planning.)
Total lost so far 15.2 lbs!!!

(I confess, I have not been measuring yet, but have measurements from other workouts before.)
